These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dopamina ("Dopamina", "we", "us") and govern your use of dopamina.media and Dopamina Studio at https://studio.dopamina.media (together, the "Service"). If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you accept these Terms for that company and confirm you have authority to do so.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service
Dopamina is an AI-powered marketing workspace that helps businesses create content, publish to social networks, manage community conversations, run paid campaigns and keep business context in one place. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and in workspaces you administer.
- Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
Google API
Connected accounts and third-party services
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts such as Google, Google Drive, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and WhatsApp. By connecting an account, you authorize Dopamina to access and act on it only as needed to perform the actions you request, and you remain bound by that provider's terms.
Google and Google Drive
- Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us to create and secure your account.
- Drive import uses only the drive.file scope: Dopamina can access only the files you select in the Google Picker, copies them into your workspace, and never modifies, deletes or shares files in your Drive.
- Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs that affect the Service.
Your content
"Your Content" means everything you upload, import (including files from Google Drive), enter or generate in the Service. You keep all ownership rights in Your Content.
You grant Dopamina a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as necessary to provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI model providers and to platforms you ask us to publish to. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where content has already been published at your request.
You confirm that you have all rights needed for Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. We do not use Your Content to train generalized AI models.
AI-generated output
Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties in your inputs, you may use the output Studio generates for you for any lawful purpose. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish or rely on it, and for everything published from your accounts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or the terms of any connected platform, including their rules on spam, automation and advertising.
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or impersonate any person or brand you do not represent.
- Access data you are not authorized to access, or connect accounts you do not control.
- Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or bypass usage limits or security measures.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled.
- Plans include monthly credits consumed by AI generation, publishing and replies. Unused credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- If payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until it is resolved.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand, characters and documentation, belongs to Dopamina and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk for the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we delete Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that any post, campaign or reply will achieve particular results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopamina will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Dopamina against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico City, and you and Dopamina waive any other jurisdiction that may apply because of your present or future domicile, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in Studio at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
